alert messages, which disturbs the user and may drive him mad if it

The system enables the user to reserve a room or a suite fast since it
displays a keyboard like that exists in the reception of hotels to hang the keys
of rooms and suites.
The keyboard of the system displays the units of the hotel with the status
of each as free, semi free, busy and forbidden for the service units such as the
cafeteria.
The user easily can display only the rooms and suite using several criteria
such as the rooms of certain status for certain class.
